007 - What we can learn from athletes under pressure

Channel the energy for our performance.
Assess our progress & performance as we go.
Settle down our energy & time to reflect.
*Correction 07 Aug 2024 - in this episode I make reference to the athlete Nicola Olyslagers as a long jumper but this should be high jumper.
